Abstract

The research included four sections

The first chapter: includes an introduction to the research
The researcher touched on the importance of using recovery exercises that work to eliminate the effects of fatigue and the importance of using them between repetitions on sound scientific foundations in proportion to the intensity and volume to train speed endurance and improve the digital level in running the 3000 m steeplechase.
The problem was the lack of use of recovery exercises between repetitions and groups within the curriculum prescribed for the second stage student.

The objectives were:
- Preparing recovery exercises.
- Identifying the effect of recovery exercises on speed endurance and the digital level of running 3000 m
Regarding the research hypotheses:
- There are statistically significant differences in the pre- and post-tests for the research variables, in favor of the experimental group.
- There are statistically significant differences between the post-tests of the experimental and control groups, in favor of the experimental group.
