Availability of smart learning requirements in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences from the point of view of the faculty members at the universities of Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the availability of smart learning requirements in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences from the viewpoint of the faculty members at the universities of Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya. Members and the study sample consisted of (214) members, who were selected using a simple random sample for the academic year 2020-2021. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research and to achieve the objectives of the study, a study tool was prepared that included a scale consisting of (37) paragraphs distributed on three areas (human requirements, material and technical requirements, and administrative requirements). They modified some paragraphs, and none of its paragraphs was deleted. SPSS statistical bag was used to process the data and extract the results.  The results of the study showed that the availability of smart learning requirements in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences at the Universities of Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya was at a medium degree, and the field of human requirements came first, then the field of requirements related to the material and technical aspect second, and finally came the field of administrative requirements, and the results showed that there are no significant differences Statistics attributed to the variables of gender, educational qualification and years of experience in relation to these requirements. In light of the achieved results, the researcher recommends giving importance to providing smart learning requirements by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, working to provide modern tools and techniques, and holding courses and seminars to educate faculty members about the importance of smart learning because of its role in motivating students, raising their motivation, and active interaction with educational content and activities
