Abstract

The sports field in general is considered one of the most important areas for expressing the progress and advancement of peoples, so the interest was continuous to achieve the best performance that would give the highest marks through research, study and work to solve the problems facing the athlete.Gymnastics is one of these sports that have received the attention of researchers and workers in the sports field, which requires a high degree of understanding and mastery of the motor duty in all the devices that players perform, including the jumping table, and one of the basic skills performed on this device is the skill of jumping together For students according to mechanical foundations and rules by identifying the kinematic variables affecting these two skills, working on analyzing the students' technical performance, extracting the values of these variables, and working on using special exercises to improve the technical performance of students so that they can overcome the difficulty they face when performing. The importance of the research lies in working on teaching the skill of jumping to the students according to the foundations and mechanical rules by identifying the kinematic variables affecting these two skills and working on analyzing the technical performance of the students and extracting the values of these variables and working on using special exercises to improve the technical performance of students so that they can overcome the difficulty they face. When performing The research problem focused on the difficulty in performing the jumping skill including on the student jump table apparatus, and according to the researcher's opinion, the reason for this is that the skill is taught and the emphasis is on repeating its performance without taking into account the mechanical foundations and rules in it that can give a clear picture of the level of that performance and the diagnosis of performance. This facilitates the process of correcting these errors, so the researchers decided to study this problem by analyzing the skill and extracting some of the kinematic variables affecting them. Through the values of these variables, it is possible to diagnose weaknesses and work to address them by using special exercises performance that allows students.
