Abstract
The goal of the study was to examine the effect of different practice schedules (Random vs. Blocked, Constant vs. Varied) on learning tennis skills. The study investigated how these practice schedules influenced motor program planning and the transfer of learning. The subjects were 48 students enrolled at Sulaymaniyah College, divided into four groups. The first group practiced with a random schedule, the second with a blocked schedule, the third with a constant schedule, and the fourth with a varied schedule. The results revealed a significant effect based on the type of practice schedule used, with the random practice showing the best results, followed by the varied practice schedule for learning tennis skills.
