Abstract
The tournament games, including badminton, tennis, and table tennis, rely on anaerobic metabolism for energy production during performance. This energy production, primarily fueled by phosphate compounds like ATP-PC, supports rapid, intense muscle work. Anaerobic capacity is linked to the quantity of these compounds and is influenced by training, with performance levels peaking during periods of maximum effort (5-10 seconds) and sustaining for up to 15 seconds in untrained individuals. However, trained athletes can maintain this performance level for up to 25-30 seconds. This study aims to identify significant differences in anaerobic power and fatigue index among tennis, badminton, and table tennis players. Additionally, it seeks to identify statistical differences in heart rate during rest and after different anaerobic effort periods across these players.
