Abstract
Public relations is often thought to be a recent field, developed in modern times, but in reality, it has existed as long as civilization itself. Humans have always understood the importance of how we interact with others to achieve success, and these interactions have evolved over time, utilizing various methods and techniques. For example, archaeologists in Iraq have discovered an agricultural bulletin dating back to 1800 BC, offering guidance to farmers on crop cultivation, seed usage, and rodent control, with ancient texts suggesting that the Assyrians were the first to use such bulletins. The research problem is that public relations duties involve gathering analysis, coordinating, following up, and studying public opinion to understand trends, which is critical for sports institutions facing challenges that hinder their work. These challenges often require expertise in public relations to address issues, as these institutions deal with different segments of society with varying education and social levels, all of which can influence the success of sports initiatives. The aim of this research is to understand the role of internal organization and general relations in the development of sports clubs.
