Abstract
The research consisted of five chapters. Chapter One included the introduction, the importance of the study, the research problem, and the main objective, which was to identify the level of emotional response among athletes in team sports and individual sports. The research hypothesis stated that there are statistically significant differences in the level of emotional response between athletes in team sports (volleyball) and those in individual sports (swimming). Chapter Two redownloaded theoretical concepts and related studies, with a focus on emotional response, its types, and associated psychological traits. Chapter Three outlined the research methodology, procedures, tools used, and statistical methods. Chapter Four presented and discussed the results, through which the research objectives were achieved. Chapter Five summarized the key conclusions reached by the researchers and provided the most important recommendations based on the study findings.
