Abstract
This research highlights the role of individual and team sports in helping countries reach advanced levels of athletic performance, with basketball being one of the most prominent sports worldwide due to its unique physical, technical, and mental demands. The study emphasizes the importance of using targeted exercises to develop both physical attributes and technical skills through structured training programs. The aim of the research was to examine the effect of power endurance exercises on specific physical variables and complex offensive skills in women's basketball. The study hypothesized that there would be significant differences between pre- and post-tests in both physical variables and offensive skills in favor of the experimental group. The researcher employed the experimental method due to its suitability for the nature of the problem, selecting 12 female players from the Akad Sports Club basketball team. After implementing the endurance training program, the results were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software. The findings concluded that endurance-based training had a positive impact on developing both the physical and technical performance aspects of the players in the experimental group
