Abstract

The research is structured into five sections. The first section presents the introduction, the importance of the study, and the research problem, focusing on the significance of strength characterized by speed and its relationship to motor performance. The study aims to examine the effect of developing speed-distinguishing force on the muscles of the upper and lower limbs in the shot put event, hypothesizing a positive impact on shot performance. The second section discusses key concepts, including the importance of strength characterized by speed in shot put, muscle functions, and the stages of shot put execution. The third section outlines the methodology, research sample, and training procedures used. The fourth section analyzes and discusses the research findings based on data collection and statistical processing in relation to the study objectives. Finally, the fifth section presents the conclusions drawn by the researchers and offers recommendations emphasizing the need to adopt concentrated training methods that address physical and skill-related deficiencies.
