Abstract

The first part of the thesis addressed the research problem, its significance, objectives, hypotheses, and the three dimensions of the research: location, time, and human scope. The second part focused on the methodology, including an introduction to the "Speed of Movement" variable and its effect on dribbling and ball control skills among students of physical education. The third part described the training program and its procedures, detailing the sample used, which consisted of second-stage students from the College of Physical Education, Health Department, where the researcher is a faculty member at the University of Baghdad. This section also outlined the pre-tests, the main experimental procedures, post-tests, and the statistical analyses conducted. The fourth part presented the results, their analysis, and a discussion on the findings, highlighting how the applied methods contributed to the development of basic and advanced skills. Finally, the fifth part included the conclusions and recommendations drawn by the researcher, emphasizing the importance of the training program, proposing additional training units, and concluding with a list of references.
