Abstract
The results of the movement are considered one of the names that were introduced to learning and it is synonymous with the meaning of delayed feedback, as it is one of the most important factors that help in the success of the learning process and achieving its goals with the least possible time and effort for the effectiveness of pushing the weight, and here lies the importance of research on the role of the results of the movement in learning the effectiveness of pushing the weight to reach the achievement. As for the problem of the research, it lies in the randomness of trainers and teachers during giving the results of the movement to learners after completing the movement performance. The most important conclusions are that the best period of time in which the results of the movement can be delayed from the performance is 30-45 seconds (the period it takes for the student to go to bring the weight and return to the throwing place)
