Abstract

The importance of the research lies in developing agility and passing accuracy from movement for players, which helps enhance their motor abilities and accurate passing from movement. The research problem is identified by the slow movements of players (and weakness in the skill of passing from movement). The researcher used the experimental method, and the research sample consisted of 20 young players aged 17-19 years, randomly divided into two groups, each consisting of 10 players. The experimental group performed training exercises for 6 weeks with 3 training units per week, each lasting 35 minutes. The results were compared between pre-test and post-test for both groups, and several conclusions were drawn, including that the training exercises had a positive impact on improving agility and passing accuracy from movement in football players. The researcher recommended incorporating these exercises into training units.
