Abstract

The study consisted of five sections. Part I included an introduction and the importance of the research, where the researcher discussed the physical and skill tests required for students applying for admission to the Faculty of Physical Education, emphasizing their significance in determining the physical condition and skills of the student. The researcher also highlighted the importance of evaluating the physical and skill aspects of students after several months of admission to assess their progress and the impact of academic lessons on their capabilities. The problem of the research was identified as the lack of a framework for evaluating the physical attributes of college students in general, and first-year students in particular. The research objectives were to identify the physical abilities of the sample and understand the differences between their physical abilities and the results of the acceptance tests. The research hypothesized that there would be statistically significant differences between pre-admission (acceptance) tests and post-admission tests, in favor of the latter.
