Abstract
The study aimed to prepare Zumba exercises for women aged 25-35 years and investigate their effect on physical fitness and respiratory endurance. Using an experimental approach with a controlled design, the researcher selected a sample of 16 non-athletic women from the ZARA fitness center in Sulaymaniyah. The Zumba exercises, accompanied by music, were designed with appropriate movements and repetitions, with durations gradually increasing in intensity during the first two weeks and decreasing in subsequent weeks. The results showed that Zumba exercises had a positive impact on physical fitness and respiratory endurance, with the experimental group outperforming the control group, which used aerobics. The researcher recommends incorporating Zumba exercises into fitness centers and emphasizes their importance in improving movement and health fitness.
