Abstract
The aim of the study is to identify the speed of the motor arm aimed at players goalball, as well as to identify the performance of the skill of throwing the ball to have and also to identify the relationship between the speed of the motor arm and aiming skill throwing goalball. The imposition of the research is the presence of correlation statistically significant between-speed motor arm efforts and skill of throwing goalball and represent the research community players injured desist visual category (B1, B2, B3) players from the Iraqi national team for goalball totaling (6) players underwent they experience in training camp primarily in Basra Club disabled Sports on (17/9/2014).The researcher found;- The existence of a relationship there is a significant correlation between the two variables of the study (kinetic speed of the arm efforts and skill of throwing goalball). The researcher recommends the following;1- need to emphasize the use of special exercises to develop the speed of the motor arm aimed at players goalball.2- emphasize the need to conduct studies for different age groups for this game.3-circulate all studies, exercises and approaches on institutions that deal with the training of goalball
