Abstract
The objective of this study is to understand the relationship between the reaction speed of movement respond and the performance of accurate shoots of the Students of Sports Department of Education in the College of Education for Girls (their number were 20), the researcher have been used the descriptive approach in a manner relations connectivity for suitability nature of current research, the research sample was represented by students of the first phase of the Department of Physical Education and of their number (20) student, researcher used the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and coefficient of simple correlation means for statistical analysis of these findings, the researcher has concluded that there were significant correlation between the motor response speed and performance of accurate shoots for the students of Department of Physical Education at the College of Education for Girls relationship. The researcher recommends the need to emphasize the development of kinetic response of the players because of its large and significant impact on the success of the offensive performance speed
