Abstract
The importance of research aims to provide different exercises before the hands of workers in this game of trainers and specialists of to develop some capabilities of the players badminton junior class . Through analyzing most games and making personal interdownloads with trainers and players at the championship that held by the union – badminton branch at Diwaniyah governorate , the researcher has reached a reality that the players never perform in same level during the match also the training units which reflect on non capacities of legs muscles that bear the fatigue for long time during perform and no capacity to move or transfer quickly from place to place within the stadium . So that the researcher considered do this study by putting the loading weights gradually at feet of players which lead to increase the resistance for him during doing trainings at the training units which reflect of the improvement the muscles , the purpose of this study is prepare new excises and using different resistance through weights put at feet to develop some capabilities of muscles of badminton player of juniors , the research community determined who are players of (Sania , Rafidain , AlItifaq) clubs for badminton at Al-Qadisiya province for (2015) which amounting to (15) players , the sample has been divided into two groups control and experimental , the researcher has used experimental doctrine by equal groups , the homogeneity and parity have been done for the two groups and after getting the data of experiment , it has been done the statics treatments the present form of table then analysis , discuss and conclude some conclusions , the researcher has recommended and according to the conclusions
