Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the impact of proposed compound exercises involving successive stimuli on certain aspects of attention and basic volleyball skills among youth players. The researchers focused on measuring concentration levels, divided attention, and fundamental volleyball skills within a sample of 24 players from Anbar and Habbaniyah Youth Clubs. Initial assessments of the relevant variables were conducted following proper scientific procedures. Then, the researchers applied a specially prepared training program for 12 weeks, with two training sessions per week. After completing the training, post-assessments were conducted using the same methods. The collected data were statistically analyzed, presented in tables, and scientifically discussed based on established sources. The results showed that the compound exercises with successive stimuli effectively improved the studied variables, with the experimental group demonstrating greater development compared to the control group. The study recommends incorporating these compound exercises involving successive stimuli as an integral part of volleyball training programs for youth players.
