Abstract
The importance of the study came through the use of different types of resistors and the benefit of this method is that the resistance continues to increase during the range of motion during the positive of movement. When performing squatting, for example, the higher the height during the upward phase of the bar, the more resistance the bar gives you. This means that the athlete has to exert more force with his direction to the top of the lift. The bars also increase the speed during the negative part of the movement, which means that the athlete has to exert more force, not stopping the weight during the end of the movement
