Abstract
The research included four sections, including the first section, the introduction, which stipulated the importance of motivation in the field of educational psychology and its importance in various fields, as well as its relationship with the years of news, which has a direct impact on the relationship. Whenever there are years of experience with the teacher in general, they will have a positive motivation towards their work and continue it. The second section, the curriculum used by the researcher, so she chose the descriptive approach in a manner Relationships correlations to suit the research sample. The research sample was from teachers of physical education and sports sciences for girls as well as at the University of Baghdad and Mustansiriya and their selection department in a random way. The researcher used tools and means to collect information commensurate with her research. The researcher adopted the measure of motivation towards work prepared by Abdul Hadi for the sample 2000/2001 and consists of four axes. The exploratory experiment conducted by the researcher to identify the negatives and obstacles she endorses included (10) schools of teachers. The researcher distributed the questionnaire to the sample. The researcher conducted the scientific foundations, which include stability, honesty and objectivity, to verify the main results conducted by the researcher on the sample by distributing the aforementioned questionnaire.
