Abstract

The study aimed to prepare physical exercises for muscular strength to develop the rapid strength and accuracy of the performance of the Qatari crushing attack skill for volleyball players. The researcher assumed that there are significant differences between the arithmetic averages between the results of the pre and post-tests of the control and experimental group and for the benefit of the experimental group (61). The research sample was from the players of the university team using volleyball as a player. The researcher used the experimental approach of one group with pre and post-test. The researcher concluded that physical exercises have an effective impact in developing the rapid strength of both arms and legs and the skill of the Qatari crushing attack for players
