Abstract

Sports training knowledge and methods and rules and principles have served and still serving the training process in the light of the high-level performance, especially in a game of tennis that saw quality changes in the professional training level in the specification of the most appropriate method to the necessary development process of the physical capacities for the player and focus on the working muscles that serve the skill and it technique specialty, and that's what filled the researcher in the search to read the information of muscle activity, duration and rest period for that muscle through the use of elastic exercises in the development of the special strength of some muscles of the upper limbs for the young players and their impact on the development of the serve power in the game of tennis.
