Abstract

The goal of the research is as follows:
- Detection of the impact of the scheduling of intensive practice (with periods of rest – lack thereof) in the development of the achievement of some of motor skills for young footballers.

The researchers used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the research. The research community was chosen intentionally by the emerging players in Al-Malawiya football school in Samarra which were (22) players, aged 14-16 years, while the sample of the search has reached (16) players were selected and distributed randomly by lottery method on two experimental groups (8) players per group,The homogeneity of the variables (length - mass - temporal age) as well as the variables of the search of the skills of (rolling, handling, scoring) in football game .

The following conclusions were reached:
- The method of scheduling the intensive practice (breaks - and lack thereof) has a positive impact in the development of motor skills (rolling, handling, scoring) under study for football players.
- The advantage of the use of scheduling intensive practice with short breaks between repetitions of their absence because of their positive impact in the development of (rolling, handling, scoring) under study for footballers .
