Abstract
The modern volleyball game requires that we have a high level of physical abilities to be able to use these abilities in different circumstances of the game so that requires attention to physical preparation through the selection of the latest methods and methods of training are of great importance in influencing the proportions of enzymes in the body that play a vital role in large proportions The importance of energy in the body and the objectives of the research included 1 - the preparation and application of exercises in the method of ballistic training on players in volleyball. 2 - knowledge of the impact of strength characteristic of the speed of the proportion of some enzymes in the players with volleyball. And the imposition of research 1 - There are significant differences in the impact of strength training characteristic of speed in the method of ballistic training in the tests of tribal in dimension to increase the proportion of some enzymes to the sample of the search. The second section has included the theoretical studies and similar studies and the previous. : -Research Methodology The experimental approach was used to suit the nature of the research applied to a sample of the 11 volleyball girls' volleyball players as well as the means and devices used in the research and the statistical means used in the research The fourth section included the presentation, analysis and discussion of the results of the research by presenting them in tables. The fifth section included the conclusions and recommendations. The conclusions 1. The exercises developed and used in the training curriculum achieved the objectives for which they were developed, namely, an increase in the proportions of certain enzymes. 2 - Training in the method of ballistic training led to a significant increase in the proportion of some enzymes in the post-test in the tribal test.Recommendations 1- Adopt the speed training exercises to improve the rate of enzymes responsible in the body. 2 - The interest in providing devices for the training of speed strength in the form of ballistic training. 3. Recommend the application of speed-specific force training programs to different age and gender samples
