Abstract
The research problem lies in answering some question what is the reality of transformational leadership in some faculties of physical education and Iraqi sports sciences from the teachers 'point of download and the aim of the research is to prepare a transformational leadership scale and identify its reality in the faculties of physical education and Iraqi sports sciences from the teachers' point of download. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach. In the survey method and correlational relations for its suitability to the nature of the research problem, and the research sample taught some colleges of physical education and Iraqi sports sciences. Through the results of the research, the researcher assumed that the faculty members in some faculties of physical education and sport sciences have a high degree of (transformational leadership) and through the research results the researcher recommends Paying attention to qualified academic cadres who have the characteristics and characteristics of transformational leadership to benefit from them
