Abstract
Given the importance of the role of the educational supervisor and its impact on teachers, and perhaps the lack of supervisory experience of educational supervisors in those provinces, the study problem is determined by the following main question: What are the supervisory patterns practiced by educational supervisors in the southern provinces as seen by teachers, while the research objective is to build and apply a measure of supervision patterns The educational supervisors in the directorates of education in the southern region, as the researcher will use the descriptive approach in the survey method, while the research community is represented by the educational supervisors in the directorates of education in the southern region and they are (Basra, Dhi Qar and Maysan) for the academic year (2021/2022), who numbered 190 supervisors. The reasons why the two researchers went to their study on the grounds that they represent the problem community in this research themselves, and they are a sample easily available for communication and achieve the purposes required for the methodological procedures of the research, I chose from them (124) supervisors (65.26%) in a random way for the main application sample, as I chose from them ( 10) supervisors with a percentage of (5.26%) by the random method for the pilot experiment sample, and (56) supervisors with a percentage of (29.47%) were selected from them by the random method for the sample To apply, and the conclusions were to build a scale of educational supervision patterns for educational supervisors in the directorates of education in the southern region, the current scale is a tool for detecting the positive level of educational supervision patterns in all its axes.
