Abstract
A special questionnaire was developed to assess the principles of successful administrative leadership within sports organizations. It comprised four main dimensions with a total of thirty-two statements distributed as follows: the first dimension focused on the use of democratic methods, the second on group orientation, the third on maintaining group cohesion, and the fourth on considering the principles of general relationships. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 300 individuals, including heads, members, and councils from various administrative departments, as well as workers in different administrative, supervisory, and technical roles. After conducting statistical analyses on the questionnaire responses, the researcher drew several conclusions and made recommendations aimed at benefiting administrative bodies and workers in the sports management field.
