Abstract
Sports activities, including handball, depend heavily on basic skills as a fundamental foundation for progress, with coaches often dedicating most of their time to training and teaching these skills. Motor learning focuses on imparting the necessary skills to players, allocating a significant portion of training sessions to skill development through structured educational programs. These curricula aim to produce consistent behavioral changes and enhance the players’ proficiency in the sport. The importance of this research lies in examining the impact of an educational program on learning the handball shooting skill among second-year students at the College of Physical Education for Girls, contributing to improvements in both their academic and athletic performance.
