Abstract
The research aims to develop a proposed curriculum to enhance speed-strength in the upper and lower limb muscles of young wrestlers aged 12 to 15 years, and to determine the effect of this curriculum on improving the technical performance of throwing skills (snatching). The research scope includes the human domain, consisting of 16 wrestlers from the training center in Al-Sha’lah; the time domain from June 3, 2006, to September 3, 2006; and the location domain being the training center hall in Al-Sha’lah.
