Abstract
It is essential to develop a curriculum that aligns with the social context of the country we aim to plan for and improve, forming a central framework focused on enhancing efficiency. In this regard, the physical education lesson serves as a core unit of the program and the cornerstone of the curriculum, considering the age stages and their physical characteristics. It is also important to pay attention to the structure and components of the curriculum, which should be carefully researched and experimented with to identify effective methods that achieve the overall objectives. The importance of this research lies in identifying key elements to be integrated into the curriculum to enhance fitness components such as strength, tailored to meet the societal needs and current conditions. The study addresses the problem of weakness in the strength of the upper and lower limbs among students. The research sample consisted of 18 first-grade intermediate students divided into two groups: 9 students in the control group and 9 in the experimental group. The aim was to explore the impact of using exercises and small games on developing muscle strength in the upper and lower limbs of students. The experimental approach was employed, which proved to be fast and effective in improving strength. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed exercises and small games, with new positive outcomes. The researcher also developed teaching units along with two tests for the experimental group, yielding beneficial results. Finally, it was recommended to harmonize development and progress in various aspects to keep pace with scientific advancement in different countries.
