Abstract
The objective of the research was to investigate the effect of part and whole learning methods on the accuracy of performing coordination skills using both arms in tennis. The study involved 30 second-stage students from the College of Physical Education at Sulaimania University, who were divided into three groups of 10 students each. The test used was the Hewitt test for forehand and backhand strokes. The results showed that all groups improved in learning both forehand and backhand strokes, but the group that used both arms in striking the ball demonstrated the most significant improvement. The study recommended using all three learning methods, with an emphasis on training with both arms to enhance power and velocity in performance.
