Abstract

The importance of this research lies in adopting a new approach to developing the physical and mental abilities of female students by using tools (balls) along with aerobic exercises accompanied by music to create a coordinative foundation that supports their motor performance. The researcher observed a problem reflected in the low level of motor rhythm among female students, which negatively affects their performance and leads to a lack of participation in sports activities—an issue worthy of study and investigation. The research sample included female students from the University of Technology who participated in extracurricular activities across various departments. Based on expert opinions, the researcher developed specific tests for the study and reached several conclusions, including the positive impact of the training program accompanied by music in improving motor rhythm and sensory-motor perception, which led to statistically significant differences in favor of the post-test results for both variables. Additionally, the use of tools during training proved to be a supportive factor in the speed and development of motor skill acquisition. The researcher recommended that using tools, especially balls, helps in enhancing motor rhythm and sensory-motor perception, and that incorporating aerobic exercises with other tools contributes to improving other components of physical and motor fitness, as well as conducting similar studies on male students to enhance their physical, skill, and sensory capabilities.
