Abstract
sed research problem that the variation in the level of performance ofsome basic skills and level of explosive players. The researcher attributes thisto the training of many of the teams in their training program focusing on youngpeople to improve the basic skills without paying attention to other aspectsthat contribute to the upgrading of the training free weights and body weight onthe performance of some basic skills and level of explosive ball flight .Theresearcher used the experimental approach either way the two groups Almtkavitintest on a sample of young players to the sport and Karkh Club's (20) players maybe the approach of (24) by 3 units a week and after the tests of a sample ofresearch and the use of statistical methods the researcher concluded that theapproaches of the two exercises positive effect in improving skills andperformance level of the explosive and there is more than a training curriculumBallasting free body weight training to improve performance
