Abstract

The importance of the research lies in the use of aids and tools in developing the level of performance, which is one of the important matters in the field of education and training in the effectiveness of running 100m, as well as the development of general physical fitness elements, especially explosive power, maximum speed and sports for their active role in the training and learning process and its impact on increasing the ability of players And the players quickly master these skills, shorten the time and make the process of education and training more effective. When using simple models, the coach contributes to increasing the trainee’s understanding, organizing his efforts and not wasting time, as well as developing achievement by using auxiliary tools. The researcher relied on the experimental approach by designing the experimental and control groups. The sample of the research was chosen in a deliberate way from the young trainees in the Al-Bayaa Youth Center for Athletics of the Athletics Federation in the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Baghdad, and their number was (20) trainees out of a total of (26) trainees from the community of origin. 3 players were excluded due to injury and 3 players were benefited Of them in the exploratory experiment, the aim of the research was to know the effect of using some auxiliary tools on the level of performance The effectiveness of running 100m for youth, and knowing the effect of using some auxiliary tools in developing performance and explosive power, and the completion of a 100m run for young people. On improving running speed and the result of running 100m, the researcher recommended the necessity of manufacturing inexpensive auxiliary tools that serve the training and educational goal of young trainees, and using more diverse auxiliary tools for the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of learning the art of running 100m.
