Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify what is the role of educational and technological competencies according to the T-Pack model in the degree of self-assertion among the teachers of colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad. The research community was also determined by the teaching staff of the University of Baghdad from the faculties of physical education and sports sciences and the college of physical education and sports sciences for girls for the academic year (2021-2022), which numbered (233) teaching and teaching. The main sample is (150) teachers, at a rate of (64.37%) of the community. The conclusions came as follows: It was reached that there is a moral relationship between educational and technological competencies according to the “T-pack model and the degree of self-affirmation among the teachers of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad
