The introduction to the research summarized that the mechanical kinetic analysis is an important means by which the phenomenon is diagnosed and evaluated objectively according to stable scientific foundations, using modern technology, and handball is among the games that have appeared recently at a level of performance that attracts the viewer’s admiration for this game, and accuracy in shooting is a key to achieving The goal by reaching the right place and entering the goal before it is an opportunity to block. The problem of the research is that the player wastes many goals in the scoring arena, and this indicates the clear absence of shooting accuracy, which the researchers attribute to a weakness in some motor abilities, including balance and stability. under consideration. The aim of the research is to identify the degree of stability and balance, and the relationship between stability and accuracy of shooting skill from jumping high, and the relationship between balance and accuracy of shooting skill from jumping high. The two researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which were: There is a correlation between stability and the accuracy of the shooting skill from jumping high, and the presence of a correlation between balance and the accuracy of the shooting skill from jumping high, and the researchers came out with these recommendations that both the stability index and the balance index are of great importance in the accuracy of the shooting from jump high
