And by observing the researchers and the handball game and sports training and see the training units in the preparation period for the junior teams, they noticed weakness in the endurance and speed of handball players as well as the arrival of the player to the stage of fatigue researchers have developed the objectives of the study to verify through the main experiment The goals are:

1- Preparation of training exercises in training stations for handball players.

2 - to identify the impact of the exercise exercises by training stations in some lung functions and the speed of the special handball players.

The researchers used the experimental method of experimental design with the experimental and control groups of tribal and remote tests and means of data collection which included the instruments, tools, measurements used and statistical methods. After obtaining the results of the tests, they were tabulated in tables and processed statistically. The results were discussed and reached several results,

Exercise exercises using training stations led to the development of lung function, and the development of special velocity for handball players
