Abstract

The objective of the research was to prepare the administrative performance measures and the sports investment and to identify the relationship between the sports clubs in the Middle Euphrates and the prediction of the administrative performance in terms of mathematical investment. The researchers used the descriptive approach in survey methods, correlational relations and predictive studies to suit the nature of the study. The sample included (199) And (195) members of the administrative body for the measure of sports investment out of (24) club in the Middle Euphrates, and the preparation of the measurements and their application on the sample and processing data through the use of the statistical bag for social sciences (spss).

The research came out with a number of conclusions, including: The reality of the administrative performance of the administrative bodies was reflecting a perception and a satisfactory perception of the trainers and administrators. The administrative bodies do not have a clear vision and sufficient experience of the laws and regulations for the success of their work with sports investment. The most important recommendations are: the work of the administrative bodies to coordinate and unify the efforts collectively among its members in the administrative work to investigate the objectives. And the need to activate the role of administrative bodies of sports clubs with sports investment.
