Job Performance and Its Relationship with Professional Awareness of the Sports Supervisor in the Youth and Sports Directorates in the Middle Euphrates Region

Abstract

The researcher used the descriptive approach in survey methods and correlative relationships to suit the nature of the study. The sample included (110) sports supervisors in the youth and sports directorates in the Middle Euphrates In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the measures of performance and professional awareness and their application to the sample were prepared by following the steps and procedures of preparing the standards and processing their data by using the statistical file for the social sciences (spss).

The research came out with a number of conclusions: The research sample (sports supervisors) has a good degree of job performance and professional awareness. There was a positive positive correlation between functional performance and professional awareness. The most important recommendations that the researchers propose to take are: the need to pay attention to sports supervisors and engage them in development courses that contribute to the development of professional awareness, which is reflected positively to the development of their job performance.
