The aim of the study was to identify the level of some players the biochemical changes to welfare centre sporting talent in three consecutive measurements as well as identify trace calendar to a training centre for talented players chatting handball according to improve their biochemical variables, and use the curriculum researcher descriptive way of tracking studies, and may have formed a search of the 12 selected player given research intentional way, after identifying trophophyte study and identify their tests were conducted to measure them, and dealing with the results showing the appropriate means, the researcher found that takes into account the curriculum improve cell biological control to produce the enzyme (LDH) in the first month of the special preparation and a physiological response, and does not maintain the level of production this physiological adaptation is the second month, follows the implementation of Curriculum improving cellular organizations to produce the enzyme (CPK) exercises in the first month of the special preparation and a physiological response required, but this production was up to the requirements of physiological adaptation of the second month of its application.
