The importance of research in upgrading the functional variables of the attackers through the development of the successful scientific method, which helps in the physical changes (speed) through which achieve the desired goal of the attack, especially the feedback and functional side, adding the scientific information of the trainers about the variables that result from this training method, My laboratory inside closed halls and its importance in handball game.
The research objectives were
1-To recognize the effect of the method of training above the maximum speed on the electric jogging device in the development of some functional variables and the performance of skilled handball applicants.
