The impact of the preparatory games program on the development of some physical attributes and basic skills for the effectiveness of running 100 m and long jump for primary school students

The researchers found that some of the problems faced by the teacher of physical education in the implementation of lessons, for example, that learners are different among themselves in their abilities and readiness and tendencies and speed in learning, and that the content of the course taught in a way Is not suitable for learners at this age because it is surrounded by a traditional cover in its content, because the curriculum used in teaching depends on the method of implementation, and this may not allow the learners to express themselves and their free potential does not satisfy curiosity that leads to the difficulty of grasping and understanding of the skills as this Sunni stage is characterized by a lot of movement and activity clearly where you see an increase in the power and energy. And the incomplete development of their muscles in order to allow the performance of skills in the right way and that learners at this stage do not have the ability to pay attention to explain for a long time to learn the stages of performance for these reasons, the ability of learners to perform the skill and physical may be satisfactory. The aim of the research is to design a proposed program for preparatory games in the field and track competitions for the fifth grade pupils. Know the effect of the proposed program on the development of some physical abilities (speed - the ability of the muscles of the two men).- Identify the effect of the proposed program on acquiring some field and track competitions (running 30 meter long jump by squat for fifth graders. The researchers used the experimental approach to design the two experimental and experimental tribes, The size of the community (97) represented the fifth grade pupils. The sample was randomized to 48 students. Each group was divided into 24 ,(2) learning unit per week, and concluded from the research improvement in the level of physical tests and improved performance for competitions (jogging - and long jump)The procedural definition of the preparatory games program: is a collection of educational experiences taught in the form of games have simplified laws linked to the lesson and lead in the form of competitions between two teams and performed in a similar performance
