Abstract

  • The aim of the research is to prepare a proposed training curriculum in the development of the strength and speed of the transition and accuracy of the performance of the skill of defending the stadium with volleyball , As well as the impact of the proposed training curriculum on the development of the variables under study volleyball, and the researchers assumed that there are significant differences between the results of tribal and remote tests in the development of the strength and speed of transition and accuracy of the performance of the defense of the stadium and for the tests of dimension , As well as the existence of statistically significant differences between the results of the remote tests of the two research groups in the development of the force and the speed of transition and accuracy of the performance of the defense of the stadium.
  • The researchers used the experimental method in a two-group style. The research community was identified by the players of the Samarra Volleyball Team for the 2018/2019 academic year. In light of these results, the researchers reached several conclusions :
  • The curriculum prepared by the researchers led to the development of all experimental research variables.

- The players had a marked improvement in the speed of transition and the skill of defense of the stadium
