The Childhood is one of the most important stages of physical growth. It is the mainstay in the formation of future life, where we observe that there are many heroes who are practicing certain motor games from the time of their replacement, which makes adaptation to good performance. However, there are some children, The performance of the activities in line with their peers and them difficult to perform because it requires great effort, and here can be used recreational and mental training to raise the level of physical performance and skill in these children, the experimental method was used on a sample of (12) of obese children have been given exercises and drag E tribal dimensionality and get the positive results of the tests
