Principles of Successful Administrative Leadership within Sports Organizations

A special questionnaire was prepared on the principles of successful administrative leadership within sports organizations. It included four main dimensions, with thirty-two statements distributed as follows:
- The first dimension: Use of democratic methods
- The second dimension: Focus on the group
- The third dimension: Maintaining group cohesion
- The fourth dimension: Considering the principles of general relationships
(The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 300 heads, members, and councils) from the administrative departments and workers in various administrative, supervisory, and technical specialties. After conducting statistical analyses of the questionnaire items, the researcher arrived at a number of conclusions and made several recommendations based on these findings. These recommendations aim to serve the administrative bodies and workers in this field
