Research title" The evaluation of the collective gamecoaches for Nineveh education teams from the perspective of their players participating in school sports competitions "

Abstract

The level of sport has undergone tremendous development due to the use of the best scientific method and talk in planning and directing the process of modern training , which requires that the trainer has aobjective indication of the potential and capabilities of players who deal with them , as well as the characteristics and duties of the sports activity being practiced.  The importance of research in the role of the trainer in turn in the preparation of both the psychological and social environment of the members of the sports team , otherwise its role is limited to the development of physical and skill capabilities , but also to development analyze training plans and full knowledge of the scientific foundation that surround the entire training process . The Researcher finds that the problem of research is how the right choose the for Nineveh education teams in the group games . The present research aims to identify on : Difference between the coaches of  the collective games of Nineveh education teams from the perspective of their players participating in school sports competitions . Research methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method for its suitability and the nature of the researcher . the nature of  the matter as for the research community, the players of the Nineveh education team in the team games included ( 61 ) players . the most important  conclusion was that the viewpoint of the players was the best towards the candidate of the volleyball team , while the most important recommendation was the need to attract coaches of competence and competence , in order to have understanding and harmony between him and the players.
