The effect of exercises using the spring ball tool in developing the accuracy of the front and back stroke for Wheelchair Tennis players

Athletic training, in its general sense, and for all sports, aims to achieve the best physical and skill levels in practicing sports. The level of performance in all sports, including tennis, especially the disabled in athletically developed countries, has developed, which has a distinct character of performance in all physical, skill, technical and cognitive aspects. The front and back strikes in chair tennis are among the important skills used against sending the opposing team, and it is the first step to form a successful attack, and that any mistake leads to scoring a point and the opposing team winning it. Diagnosing weaknesses in the performance of the front and back strikes and the number of solutions represented by the number of exercises using a tool manufactured by the researchers that helps to train the accuracy of the front and back strikes in chair tennis. Forehand and backhand for Wheelchair Tennis players, where find statistically significant differences between the results of the tribal and remote tests in the accuracy of the front and back stroke of the Wheelchair Tennis players and in favor of the post tests. The main experiment was applied to them for the period from 2/1/2021 to 3/31/2021 by (3) training units per week for a period of (8) weeks and with a total of (24) training units where the exercises were applied in the main section of the training unit. The researchers concluded that The use of the spring ball tool has an effective effect in developing the performance of the front and back kick in chair tennis, and the researchers found that other studies and research were conducted on the use of many modern training tools and methods for different age groups, due to its positive impact on skill development.
