الملخص

تعد الاختبارات البدنية والحركية من اهمال مؤشرات للقدرات البدنية والحركية لتلاميذ وطلبة المدارس العراقية, وأن التقدم العلمي في المجال البدني والحركي قد شهد تطوراً كبيرا وفق الأسس العلمية, لذلك فأن الاختبارات البدنية والحركية يجب ان تعد جزء أساسيا من سلوك التلاميذ والطلبة اليومي لأنها جزء مهما من الصحة العامة لتلاميذ وطلبة المدارس. فدرس التربية الرياضية في المدرسة العراقية يجب ان ينظم وفق مفردات يعمل على رفع اللياقة البدنية والحركية على مستوى الرياضة المدرسية, من هنا أصبحت اللياقة البدنية والحركية جديرة بالاهتمام والمتابعة من قبل معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية على حدُ سواء, لذلك يستلزم معرفة حقيقية ما يمتلكه التلميذ والطالب على حدً سواء من إمكانيات وقدرات بدنية وحركية من خلال إجراءات تنظيمية موحدة تشمل بطاقة رياضية مدرسية للاختبارات البدنية والحركية وتقاس هذه الاختبارات وفق عمليتي القياس والتقويم ."القياس هو العملية التي بواسطتها نحصل على صورة كمية لمقدار مايو جد في الظاهرة عند الفرد, من سمة معينة"(1).لذا فأن تصميم وتنفيذ بطاقة رياضية مدرسية موحدة لاختبارات اللياقة البدنية والحركية ماهية الا عملية تنظيمية موحدة لتلاميذ وطلبة المدرسة العراقية  لذا فأن أهمية البحث تكمن في تصميم وتنفيذ بطاقة رياضية مدرسية موحدة أي نظام موحد لاختبارات اللياقة البدنية والحركية والتي تعد مؤشراً للقدرات البدنية والحركية ولكل المرحلة الدراسية.
