The most important conclusions :
1. Inadequacy of educational curricula that can be based upon management colleges in the improvement and development, program development and strategic planning processes.
2.weak administrative contact system which connects between the colleges of education and sports between the college or universities, colleges and other similar in the province of Baghdad.
The most important recommendations:
1.Choose capable administrative leadership to bring about the desired change in the work of Physical Education colleges in order to achieve its objectives and future development.
2.work on the development of administrative formations enhance the relationship between the schematic level and the operational level, particularly administrative activation in those colleges
