احتساب درجات معيارية لدقة وسرعة الارسال من الأعلى وعلاقتها ببعض المؤشرات البايوميكانيكية لحظة ضرب الكرة لدى لاعبي الطائرة للناشئين

يهدفت الدراسة الى أيجاد درجات معيارية لقياس دقة وسرعة الارسال من الأعلى وعلاقتها ببعض المؤشرات البايوكينماتيكية لحظة ضرب الكرة، اما مشكلة البحث، وبعد إطلاع الباحثتان على الكثير من البحوث وكذلك المراجع العلمية والمقابلات الشخصية مع ذوي الاختصاص والمدربين ، لوحظت قلة الاختبارات التي تتلاءم والتطور الحاصل في اداء مهارات الكرة الطائرة ومنها مهارة الارسال من الاعلى والذي تلعب واضح في حسم نتيجة المباراة لما يتميز به من دقة وسرعة اداء الامر الذي دفع الباحثتان الى بناء اختبار لدقة وسرعة الأرسال من الأعلى ودراسة علاقته ببعض المؤشرات الميكانيكية لحظه ضرب الكرة. وفيما يتعلق منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية فقد استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح لملاءمته حل مشكلة البحث، حيث تم تحديد مجتمع البحث للاعبي الفرات الأوسط للكرة الطائرة حيث بلغ مجتمع البحث من ( 136 ) لاعبا ،اما عينة البحث فقد قسمت عينة البحث الى جزأين هما عينة البناء وعينة التقنين، وتوصلت الباحثتان الى عدد من الاستنتاجات كانت أهمها هي تم التوصل الى أيجاد درجات معيارية لمهارة الارسال من الأعلى ، وخرجت الباحثتان بهذه التوصيات كانت أهمية الاختبارات المستخدمة قيد البحث حيث يجب تشجيع اللاعبين على تطويرها إلى مستويات عالية من الأداء واستخدام المعايير والمحكات في عملية التقييم للتعرف على حالة الضعف لتلافيها وتعزيز مواطن القوة
